Version 2026-07-28-draft1 — draft pending legal approval

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the products, services, subscriptions, content, training and related services marketed under the Idélia brand by Idélia Technologies.

They apply to any order, subscription or purchase made through the website, a payment link, a client area, a form, a quotation, a purchase order or any other flow validated by the Client.

2. Order, price and payment

An order is deemed concluded on the date of checkout validation, acceptance of a quotation or explicit confirmation by the Seller.

Prices are stated in euros, exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on the flow. Payment is due according to the conditions displayed during checkout.

Payment may be made in particular by bank card, Stripe, wire transfer, direct debit or a clearly identified billing partner.

3. Access to services

Access to the Services is opened after validation of the order and, where relevant, effective receipt of payment.

The Seller endeavours to activate access as quickly as possible. Some content, appointments, coaching sessions or integrations may be delivered progressively depending on the subscribed offer.

4. Client obligations

The Client remains solely responsible for its commercial decisions, its relationship with its clientele and the concrete use it makes of generated content or recommendations.

  • use the Services for their professional purpose;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • secure access credentials, devices and collaborators;
  • only enter the data strictly necessary for the intended business purpose.

5. Term, termination and liability

Subscriptions are entered into for the term and billing frequency stated at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, they renew automatically.

The Client may terminate according to the procedures available in its account area, in the payment flow or through the indicated management partner. Any started period remains due unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The Seller may only be held liable for direct and certain damage resulting from a proven fault exclusively attributable to it.

6. Personal data, intellectual property and governing law

The terms governing personal data processing are described in Idélia's Privacy Policy.

The Seller remains the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, its content, methods and Idélia documentation.

These Terms are governed by French law. For any question or complaint, you can write to contact@idelia-mc.com.
